Dr. Johnson recommends doing a combination of a sports massage and physical therapy, and says that if there are any sore muscles or tightness on your neck or chest, massage the areas first.

Dr Johnson also recommends that you take a break from the workout and relax for a few minutes before your next workout.

“I like to do two or three stretches each workout.

I like to start with one stretch and then get to work.
