Chinese massage guns have been the biggest sellers of firearms since the end of the Second World War, but the Chinese have been selling them at a higher rate than ever before, according to a new study by the Gun Owners of America (GOA) .
China has the world’s largest army of guns, according a 2014 Pew Research Center study, and the government has used the guns to crush critics of its Communist Party leadership and suppress dissent.
But this year, the government began issuing its own weapons, allowing gun enthusiasts to buy a gun for the first time in history.
The gun manufacturers, GOA said in a press release , were “releasing their most powerful, most widely used and most popular gun on the market in China.”
The Chinese government said that, from February through May, it sold 1.3 million firearms, including a total of 928,000 rifles, shotguns and handguns.
That number is up from 928.5 guns in 2016, according the gun manufacturer’s own statistics.
The government also sold nearly 7 million handguns.
But gun sales in China have been booming for years.
Gun sales in 2016 totaled almost $8.3 billion, the GOA reported.
In 2016, China also sold the world a total 521,000 assault rifles, more than the total sales of all other countries combined.
GOA’s data is based on the sales of nearly 11 million guns from private sellers and government sales, according an accompanying report.
GOA also says that sales of more than 500,000 handguns have been reported, but that the number is likely higher.
The GOA report found that while the Chinese government has continued to buy guns from China’s private gun sellers, private gun sales were also up in 2017.
Chinese gun sales, for instance, increased from 1.4 million guns in 2017 to 2.3% in 2018, while private gun purchases in China were up from 3.1% to 4.3%.
The most popular guns, GOAs study found, are the HK416, a 9mm handgun, the Ruger LCP, a .22-caliber pistol, and Colt’s .40-caliber semi-automatic pistol.
The report said that the HK417, the world record for a handgun, was sold in China for the record price of $3.8 million.
The report also found that China had more than 2 million AR-15s, an increase from the previous year’s figure of 1.1 million.
GOAs researchers also found, however, that the Chinese military sold a total 932,500 machine guns in the country, an 8% increase from last year.
In 2017, the military sold 1,081,500 AR-16s, which accounted for 9% of the total, the study found.
