When you’re done, you can use your foot to clean yourself, as a massage oil or as a treat.
It’s all about the massage.

If there’s no one to share a bath with, it might be worth going with a friend, or sharing one bath with a close friend.
Make sure the bath is properly heated up before you start.
If a bath is too hot, or if you don’t have enough heat, you might be able to do it on a small scale.
If so, you will want to use an electric fan and do a couple of gentle circles on your foot.
Once the temperature is high enough, you could start a massage session.
If using a fan, do the same for your other foot as you massage it.
