In 2016, massage therapists reported a spike in calls for their services from patients with chronic pain.
But a new study from a group of Australian scientists has shown that using a massage wand, like the ones in massage balls, could be a powerful treatment for some chronic pain patients.
What is a massage?
In its simplest terms, a massage is the physical massage that helps your body relax and feel refreshed after sitting for an extended period of time.
It’s also a natural and healthy way of getting your mind off things like work, school and other stresses.
It’s important to realise that the massage wand used in this study is not a massage chair.
It is a non-stick silicone toy that’s shaped like a ball and contains water.
When a person uses it, the wand is gently inserted into their hands.
The wand is inserted into the massage area of the body and is pulled along by a gentle vibration.
Why does it work?
The researchers from the University of Technology Sydney, led by Dr Peter Gervais, say they were able to demonstrate that using the massage ball with a specially designed gel could help reduce pain and improve overall health by helping the body relax.
Dr Gervas team used a specially-designed gel that is made by an Australian company called BioCure.
It contains a combination of bioactive substances that are used in massage therapy, including CBD, an ingredient in cannabis.
The gel, the gel itself, and a specially formulated lubricant are designed to help the massage happen.
The researchers say the gel is made of silicone which is 100% non-toxic.
Dr Gervases team found that using this gel with the massage balls helped reduce pain by as much as 90% compared to people who did not use the gel.
The gel also helped reduce swelling in the fingers and the feet.
The team says that using these gel with a massage was the most effective way to use a massage tool for chronic chronic pain because it allowed the body to relax and the body can heal.
How effective is it?
Dr Peter Gavais, who is the senior author of the study, says the gel’s effects on the body’s ability to heal and prevent chronic pain have been tested in mice.
The research is part of a larger project that aims to find ways to make massage a safe, effective treatment for chronic back pain, arthritis and other conditions.
“We have to make sure that it is safe, safe and safe for the patient and not a risky activity that can put them at risk,” he said.
There are currently no clinical trials of massage balls for chronic health conditions.
Dr David Dickson from the Australian National Pain Research Centre, which is leading the research, says it’s too early to know if the gel has any long-term safety implications.
He says the study is the first to show that the gel works in humans and will help develop safer and more effective alternatives to massage.
Are massage balls effective for people with arthritis?
There have been a number of studies that have shown massage balls can reduce pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis.

But this is not the first study to show massage balls are effective for arthritis sufferers.

They also showed that the study participants had a lower risk of developing a condition called chronic postural hypotension, a condition that can be exacerbated by pain and stiffness.
In addition, the study showed that massage ball use reduced the risk of a number other conditions, including heartburn, which can cause abdominal pain and can be life-threatening.
Should I use massage balls in my home?
It is still unclear exactly how much pain a massage can reduce.
Some people use them to reduce back pain or discomfort, and others do so to reduce their symptoms of fibromyalgia.
But whether or not the results translate into a benefit for chronic conditions like arthritis is not yet clear.
